HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

Booked my car in for a service yesterday at the BMW dealership in northcliff Johannesburg, it was due for a minor service no major issues, got the car back yesterday afternoon and to my surprise the car came back in horrible condition, a \drive train malfunction"error appeared which causes a complete lack of performance"
