Horrible Service

I went to the BMW Randburg branch on the 29th of December 2015 shopping around for a car for my mother extremly excited because it had always been her dream car, when i walked in the sales people carried on with their conversations as if i was not there. After a few minuites of walking around unrecognised one of the sales people suggested i go look at the used cars...maybe it was how i looked or that i'm black and can't afford to buy a new BMW when i went to the used cars department no one was still willing to help i then confronted one of the sales guys who was on his phone whatsasping at work and told him how bad the service is as i was about to walk out he then looked at me and said \okay"and went back to texting. I am so disgusted and furious i did not expect such behaviour from such a big brand. I work in the sales department as well and am shocked to see such behaviour from sales people it's jaw dropping."""
