Horrible horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a BMW 3series driver. Last week monady(15/01/2018) I took my car in to BMW boksburg alpina because of a "drivetrain" error that was showing. They say they fixed the car and i took it back. Yesterday (24/01/2018) the same "drivetrain"error message cam on again. I booked the car at Boksburg alpina for today, This morning I took it in. One of service people Jaqueline called me to let me know that they wont be able to fix my car today so I will be getting back today. I asked her to provide a driver to fetch me and drop me of work tomorrow ( friday 26/01/2018). She told me they can only fetch me after 9am tomorrow morning for work, I then told her it's unacceptable because I have to be at work at 8am tomorrow morning. She told me there is nothing she can do before then. My biggest problem and issue is that Boksburg alpina has 4drivers that start work at 7am, my question is why can't one of them out of the 4 drivers fetch me at 7am for me to get to work on time. This is unacceptable. This is horrible horrible horrible service from BMW Boksburg Alpina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
