Horrible after service from BMW once your motor plan / warranty expires!!!!!!!!

I was in an accident on the 10th of July 2019. I took my car to BMW Approved Repair Centre Kempton Park and received horrible service. Firstly, Adriaan van Staden that inspected my car and had to do a quote took about 2 hours to send it to me after I called and asked for it. I contacted and e-mailed him on a few occasions between the 10th and 15th of July 2019, never received a call back or a proper response on my e-mails. Then on the 17th of July 2019 my car was released by Josseline de Klerk to another repairer without my knowledge because according to her my insurance (who was also not aware of this as they requested that I signed a disclaimer to have my vehicle repaired by BMW as they aren't on the repair panel of my insurance which I was off co**** more than willing to sign) told her to release my car as it is no longer under warranty. I contacted Josseline to find out how this was done without my knowledge and she admitted that she forgot to contact me and tell me about this, when I asked her to put it in writing she gave me a completely different story. Then according to her it's not BMW's responsibility to inform the owner of the vehicle if the car is moved. On top of this my vehicle was released to a place that would have been my absolute last choice. I had to arrange for my car to be collected and moved to a repairer of my choice and I had to pay for the towing. Which I feel was very unfair because if I was contacted this could all have been avoided. I went with the towing company to fetch my vehicle at the place that it was released to and found more damage to my car then what I left it with at BMW and now no one wants to take responsibility. I had to get this fixed on my own account. I reported this to BMW South Africa on the 23rd of July 2019 to which their response was that they will get back to me in 24 - 48 working hours. On the 6th of August 2019 I haven't received a response and queried this and to date 14th of August 2019 still no response. It seems like once your car is out of motor plan / warranty BMW just doesn't care anymore. As much as I love my car I will not be upgrading to a new BMW and rather go for a different brand hoping to get better service. I recon nothing will even be done regarding this but it's worth letting people out there know.
