History of problems

Let me list the history of issues i've had with BMW. <br> First of all - In total i have bought about 10 company and personal vehicles and with BMW.<br> <br> -We bought a brand new car (118i) in 2013 only to find out that it was not in fact new and only when i got home did i realise that it had about 3000 km on the clock.BMW quickly apologised and replaced the vehicle i never took it further.<br> -Another car (X5m) was purchased around the same time , only with this car when we got there to sign the final docs (after the OTP was signed) BMW told us that they had made a mistake with the deal and another R50,000 - needed to be added on as they evaluated the car wrong. <br> -Now , with the same BMW (X5M) we broke down on the way to Cape Town 1 day after a service (the turbos blew) BMW on call told us we had to wait 5 hours for a technician , long story short we eventually did get to Cape Town on our own .The vehicle was taken for repairs in and we hired a car to get back to JHB , about 3 weeks later we get a call from BMW \We cannot tow your car down to JHB
