Help in time of frantic-need

My beloved BMW 330i died the last Friday afternoon (22 October 2016) right around the corner of the BMW Club Motors Fountains, Muckleneuk Branch.

My insurance sent a lowbed-towtruck and once it arrived, we discovered the hook that ***** into the bumper to pull it onto the lowbed was nowhere to be found.

A small simple hook but without it - I was still stuck even with a towtruck at hand...

I realised I am walking-distance from this branch and went to their service centre section.

Timothy Baloyi (After Sales Consultant) came to my rescue by lending me this specific hook that will fit my car from their centre, understanding that I will only be able to return it this week...

TIMOTHY BALOYI, you dazzled me with your helpful, friendly, trusting, positive attitude, you were standing out as a Knight in Shining Armour amongst your colleagues (who did not even bother to approach me at the service counter in my time of need - let them watch and learn from you...), and to solve my problem with such grace - AND NO CHARGE!!

I thank you from the bottom of my heart as you went beyond the call of duty!

May this return to you with countless blessings especially in your professional capacity as After Sales Consultant!!

BMW South Africa - Timothy Baloyi has shown true caring service - which should actually be standard and nothing less from a great brand like BMW - but he stood out from his peers...!

If there is an award for this - he gets my full nomination as he deserves it 101%!

This might encourage me to stay with the BMW Brand in replacing my beloved car - as it now RIP.

Thank you once again - Timothy Baloyi!

Truely humbled

Mariné Horn
