Great, Speedy Service

I would like to commend Joan Mans on her great friendly service she provided to us recently when our car was in for a service. She kept us informed every step of the way and also provided us with information whenever we queried something on our invoice. I wish every service agent was as friendly, helpful and understanding as she was.
