Gratitude to Bmw

Last week Thursday (20/05/2021) my bmw gave me fault light prompting me to top up a coolant, i was on my way to work. I did not panic, i drove to my nearest bmw (8 Cliff Cres, Bellair, Durban, 4006). I was in panic mode because my car wasn’t on good state, a gentleman called “Mr. Donald” my adviser he calm down and gave me a warm welcome. He insisted that he wont let me to drive a car in this state as much as they top up a coolant but they need to do thoroughly check up, to see if there is no leak.

I left my car, they drove me to work at nice stylish 320d bmw 2021 model and I rocked up at work in style. I was getting an update about my car at every stage my car is going through in check up process, until to a point of getting fault. Two parts needed to be replaced, quotation at couples of thousands but as it was something occurred unexpected.i was in a rough state financial and my warranty wasn’t going to pay for all the quotation. The gentleman went extra to assist since my warranty from bmw expired, bmw met me half way, paid 60% of my qoutes.

My car was sorted, bmw staff were very welcoming and kind, their clean coffee shop served nice cappuccino.
