Glasses ****** from my Vehicle at SMG Durban

Took car to SMG Durban for service, Wore glasses while driving straight to SMG. Then i put them into the glove box and left car for service, when i received the car back, Sun glasses was ****** from car and management just do not care , even the dealer principal does not give a damn. They just ignore your mails and pretend as if nothing happened. I am disgusted even further because i did copy bmw customer services in my mail and they also just ignored it. To this date they there has been no resolution.
