Fedup w BMW,Bad service and handling of car repaid

on 22 September 2015 , My BMW 323i stopped working all of the sudden , I had it towed into Leo Haese centurion branch 11 am . I was notified that my car was dropped off but received no from the dealership that my car has arrived at the dealership. Late the afternoon I called in to find out whats happening and I was put through to a lady called Isabel . She started handling my case . 23 September when I called in to find out whats happening I was told that they suspect that its because of the battery that my car is not starting and they will let me know whats happening . Later the same day I called to find out whats happening . Now I was told that A campaign was due on my car and they suspect that its because of the campaign not being done that this could have caused the problem. I said that they must go ahead with the campaign . They told me my car will be ready the friday. The friday I called in to find out whats happening with my car and was told isabel is on leave so I was forward to a John or the other , he told me they still waiting for parts for the campaign my car will be ready the saturday. The monday they still didnt know whats happeneing with my car . I was now transfer
