Faulty Door Panels and Bluetooth Hardware/Software

I purchased a 2013, 330D (F30) from Sandton Auto in December 2013. Shortly after taking delivery of the vehicle the door panels started to rattle. Several weeks after that the bluetooth feature became faulty.

I raised the issue with Sandton Auto who attempted to remedy the issue - they failed to do so. The door panels continued to rattle and the bluetooth connection continued to disconnect mid-calls.

I proceeded to raise the issue at my subsequent service intervals, this time at Joburg City Auto. They too tried to fix the issue by \lubricating the clips/ connectors on the panels\". This too was to no avail, the panels continued to rattle as drove my vehicle out of the dealership.

I find it unacceptable to have issues of this nature in a R600,000 vehicle. Further, I am both surprised and disappointed by the after-sales experience. When contacted by BMW Group to share my customer experience I shared my frustrations about the two faults and till today no efforts have been made by BMW to fix the problem.

I raised these issues not only to improve my customer experience but also to assist BMW Group in highlighting potential problem areas in the assembly of the F30 models.
