Faulty BMW AMabd bad customer service

Please can you assist, I have been having issues with BMW and a faulty car that they can't fix.
I bought my BMW 116i (F20) brand new in October 2013 from Kunene Brothers which has since closed down.
A good year after I purchased my car I receive a phone call from Kunene Brothers alerting me that my car has been recalled and I would need bring it so they fix a part and I immediately book it in and they did what they need to do - I remember I questioned the recall and never got much info from them - Kunene Brothers service wasn't the best and when I gave my survery I made it clear they know I wasn't too happy with the service.
Last year, my car started losing power, the rev meter would be so high on low speed and I could no longer drive on Eco mode - immediately I knew there was something wrong with the car and I immediately booked it in for them to have inspect the car, my next service was almost due at the time and I thought the car just needed to be serviced.

I got the car back same day and I was told it was an error with the computer system which has since been updated. Fast track 6 months later, the car would just stop whilst I am driving and it would read "Train drive mode" and kick into neutral - this first day this happened the car then reset and told me to turn it off and put it on again and I did excatly that. Next day, same thing happens except this time it starts telling me to drive slow as I do not have power. I call BMW and ask them for advice as to what I need to do, they suggested I tow the car. After having being stuck for over an hour at Cedar square waiting to get towed by my insurance I decided to call them and find out if it is safe for me to drive the car and I was given go ahead as I had mentioned I was within a km from the closest BMW. I went to BMW Cedar Isle and I was met by one of their service technicians who reassured me that they are closing down and they wont have anyone to take me home so I should bring in the car tomorrow for them to have a look, I asked him over and over again if the car is fine for me to drive or will me driving it further cause more damage and the gentleman reassured me that the car was fine to drive and no more damage will be caused as it is just a power failure however he can't gaurantee that I won't get stuck on the road.

I decided to take the risk and drive home and made it safe thank goodness - the following day I take my car to BMW and they were shocked at what I had explained to them and said they would check the car and call me once they figure our whats wrong with it. I got a call later that afternoon to come get my car and that the only fault with the car was the low battery and few parts were replaced and the car should be A-ok, to my horror they mentioned me driving my car on reserve as an issue - this totally took me aback as this comment is made purely on the fact that I brought in my car on reserve. This is after they had my car for almost 3 days.

Literally a week later the car started acting up again only this time the ignition starting giving problems as well and I decided to take it and I was told it could be an error with the computer system as it might not have been updated to read all faults as fixed, I was so shocked by the revelation and asked the consultant how that is even possible? Can you really fix something and then the car wil completely come to a stand still because the car's memory box has not been updated, surely only the error should keep popping up and that should not affect the function of the car?! I was told to bring in the car the next day - the following morning on my way to dropping off my car, the car died on me - it completely crashed and wouldn't come on. They came to tow me and I left the car with BMW, they had the car for a further two days and I was reassured everything was fine and the problem has always been the fuel pump hence the car died completely - AGAIN another excuse that didnt make sense but then again I am no car technician.

Literally 4 days after picking my car it starts again, I take it in and tell them you can have the car for the week and get one of your managers to drive it for a week and experience what I am experiencing. They said they would consider the suggestion and get back to me. As I was driving out this morning from BMW the car crashed and died completely and only now do I receive a loan car and they said they cannot guarantee when I will have my car.

The third time I experienced this problem I made it clear I do not want the car anymore as they need to accept that their product is faulty and they can't fix it. I mentioned they would need to make a plan to give me a reliable car as the one I had that I still pay a good 6k every month was unreliable and unsafe. I am a young female, I fear to think what would happen to me should I get stuck in some dodgey part of JHB late at night.
The car has become unsafe for me as a young female in JHB.
I posted on their Facebook page (which is also very dodgey) and I was promised a consultant would call me back and only got an SMS from BMW with a conultants name the following morning, she then only called me later that evening. Her name is Nokuthula Khanyile and after numerous phone calls to them trying to follow up on this case I still havent received any feedback from BMW on this or and update a week later.

Highly disappointed, no wonder their dealerships treat us like this because head office doesn't care either.
