False information for paint protection cover - BMW

I purchased a brand new vehicle from Auto Glen in February 2013 and the person selling the cover for paint protection to me told me that the cover was for any small stone chips, scratches, etc. She also mentioned that a small area repair tool will be used to correct all defects when I do use the cover. When I eventually used the cover (in February 2016), I was told that I need to get a quotation from a BMW Approved Repair Centre so I went to Vaalridge ?uto and I was given a quotation for my front bumper separately from the stone chip repair on my bonnet. The repair was in the vicinity of R9500 and the cover taken is for R4000 per claim. This quotation was to spray each part (bumper and bonnet completely as well hence it was not for a small area even though the stone chips were in small areas. If the initial info was correct, all my stone chips and a scratch on my door and graze on my bumper could have been repaired. Instead, only the bumper stone chips could be repaired.<br> Vaalridge BMW also did an unsatisfactory job because there is brush swirl marks around the BMW sign of my bumper and I expected that the door scratch could be touched up but it was not. I cannot trust BMW.
