False Advertising on BMW approved used cars website

<p>Good morning BMW.</p> <p>As a very disappointed client, I would like to find out from BMW South-Africa why a different quote is received from a BMW Dealership than what is clearly stated on the website:</p> <p>For example, see screen shot from my laptop attached, the BMW approved used cars website clearly states that I will be able to buy a X4 3.5i with a total cost of R639 900.00 for R9703.00pm over 60 months with a 10% deposit and 0% balloon payment. <br />When I ask the JSN Motors dealership in Jhb to send the proposal, it states that I will pay around R13600 00pm. Please see attached the proposal.</p> <p>When you buy a car that cost R639 900.00 at an interest rate of 11.5% which is prime currently and you put down the deposit of 10% then you wil have a premium of around R13 000.00pm</p> <p>I also have 3 other proposals from BMW Fountains, BMW Tygervalei and Best Auto Rustenburg, all which are much more than stated on the website that I have screen shots of.</p> <p>Now this is misleading the client, and I am sure that I am not the only client confused and angry at this situation. This is in clear violation of the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa as false advertising and misleading information for a interested client.</p> <p>I want BMW South-Africa to sell me this specific BMW 2016 X4 3.5i (see attached) for the "installment deal" as clearly stated on you BMW Approved Used Cars website.</p> <p>Waiting on your feedback.</p>
