Extremely Terrible Customer Service & Attitude
In September 2014 my Bmw went into the Dealership for routine maintenance, they found 2 window switches needed to be replaced, vehicle was covered on motor plan at the time. The Dealership had no stock at the time of the parts and advised they will inform me as soon as it arrives, that did not happen. I have been in contact with the service adviser on a few occasions and the vehicle was booked In March 2015 taken for the day but no repairs were done, at the end of the day I when I went to collect the vehicle, Advisor told he he was still negotiating with service division. three weeks later I mailed the dealership to find out what was the progress with my request, I was informed they cannot undertake the repairs.

I mailed the Service Manager Mr Steyn regarding my complaint and all correspondence and received no response, I don't think it takes a week to get back to a client. It took BMW Northcliff, seven months to get back to let me know they will not repair my vehicle. If the dealership does not have spares does that becomes the clients issue, it is their responsibility to make sure that once stock came in to inform me and request the vehicle to be brought in. t
