Excellent service and customer care

<p>I booked my car in for a service on the 7th of October 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>The whole experience was seamless, professional and quick - from booking the vehicle in by telephone and receiving confirmation and reminders via SMS, to the actual service when they were ready for the vehicle and promptly performed the service, to the very reasonable price. </p> <p>I previously used BMW Zambezi and thought that they're service was good, but Club Motors Fountains moved the goalposts for me. </p> <p>In an industry where role players are seemingly indifferent to the needs of customers, the customer centred approach displayed by Club Motors Fountains was overwhelmingly refreshing. I shall surely be using them exclusively for all my BMW needs.</p> <p>Thank you for the excellent service and please keep it up.</p>
