Don't use BMW waterfall

I took my BMW for an oil service, they could not fix it however, when I paid for the other item fixed there was a report the person snatched the report from my hand and made me pay as quick as possible as if she had something to hide since it came back now I have a new issue drive train malfunction. Don't use the BMW waterfall Branch as all you wil get is your money gone and your car coming back with new issues!!! Dont buy a BMW the brand and service delivery is pathetic. Dont waste your money.
