Dont expect anything.

So I went to fetch my BMW 320i for BMW MENLYN AUTO this morning. After waiting about 20min (needing to get to work) I went to the manager to ask what is going on. He returned saying the person fetching my car was not happy with the was and was getting people to wash the car. saying it will take 5 min. 7min later the car arrived with light dirt marks all over the car. After paying an arm and a leg for the service I got into my car and find the whole interior still dirty. Went back ( being 30min late for work by now) to ask if the wash is only for outside and the person said now interior as well. He came out to the car and saw how bad it was and asked if he can take it to the wash bay to be washed... (I am already 40min late for work).<br> <br> This is not the first time I got bad service from them as a previous time the lock nuts on my car was not tightened at all and I almost lost the nut.
