Don't Drive a BMW in the Rain

<p>I Have a 2014 BMW320I Sport, last week, my cars engine packed up, it was not raining then, they towed my car to BMW Melrose, where i was told after they checked the car that the engine packed up due to water damage. However it was not raining that day, so I spoke to Emiel, thei "master technician" who if you ask me should not even be close to a petrol car, as he tried to tell me that if enough water could get into the intake of that car to cause engine failure, you would still be able to drive it, regardless of the fact that it uses spark plugs that won't even spark if that amount of water got into an engine, worst of all is, the day the engine broke, it was not even raining. So now BMW SA says i must claim for this engine through my insurance. Absolute ****. So I then spoke to Customer care, and I have recorder phone calls where they tell me on numorous occations that you can not drive a BMW through a puddle of water as might cause damage to the engine, and BMW does not cover that. This is by far the worst car I have ver owned, it breaks all the time, their service is absolutely shocking, and they are not willing to stand by their warranty's, it is a piece of ****, built by a piece of **** company.</p>
