Dissapointing BMW

Recently purchased a brand new BMW X3 from the Supertech dealership in Durban. I paid for the smash and grab, and it came with bubbles. The dealer then organised someone to try fix it, and they ended up ruining the entire interior. Still no feedback from BMW, very dissapointing.
