Dishonesty

I renewed my BMW Connected Drive subscription to BMW online. I prepaid the service for six months. The service confirmation stated that the service will be activated on 1 Feb 2018. I phoned BMW Client services now three times and their story now is that a server in Germany has problems which affects my vehicle in particular, what lies! Be careful when you by the bells and whistles from BMW, it is almost impossible to extend these services when they expire.
