Dishonest service

BMW-THE car brand that I will never ever supporta nd also recommend my friends and family to buy any car from bmw, this people are ******** and ******s, I never experience such a treatment from Mercedes and Audi, I own bmw X5 and G20 but I am.not enjoying anything under bmw brand.

My G20 is not moving gears and it has electrical fault,the messageoon the dashboard was saying transmission fault, I phoned BMW be under normal circumstances it must be covered by motor plan, BMW motor plan are now moving away from covering electrical faults and they come with stories that is liquid damage of which it's a lie,no liquid was spilled in the car next to the gear, they are avoiding to fix it. The car was taken to bmw midrand where they told me this nonsensical stories. Everytime when bmw motor plan is avoiding to service bmw clients and are trying to come with excuses, I am now sick and tired of their behavior, I will inform people through all media platforms to be careful and think twice before they decide to but bmw carbrand, they will never have joy in their ride at all, bmw is only interested in our money and their service is very bad.
