Dishonest ******/DO NOT BUY FROM BMW!!!

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM BMW! THEY ARE ******! I asked Bwm Financial services for a settelment quote. I settleed the amount on the quote they gave me. I received an email to thank me for settling account and that my Car documents will be sent to me. 4 days later I received another email to tell me that I still need to make one more payment, because debit order was stopped. I settled my account and then stopped my debit order. On their settlement quote it says the following: 8. If settlement of your account is made less than three working days prior to your debit order date, your debit order will still be deducted. However, you have the option of reversing / stopping the debit order at your bank, failing which, the amount will be refunded to you after 14 working days. They do not respond to any of my emails and insist I have one more installment outstanding!!!! Please be aware of this dishonesty of BMW.....expect this when you want to settle your vehicle!!!!!DISGUSTING!
