DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! STRANDED!!!!!!

I have received the worst service from BMW On Call! After numerous phone calls and terrible miscommunication amongst the MANY staff spoken to - my car is still sitting stuck in my driveway because EVERY TIME a tow truck is sent to collect it they DO NOT UNDERSTAND what the problem is. Eventually a technician is sent out 2 days later who grasps the concept, but because I had to Uber to work AGAIN I need to wait AGAIN until the afternoon to let them in.

BMW then told me they will arrange a rental (not courtesy) of which I need to pay a deposit for and when I call to arrange it this morning - they cannot find my case number. Then they proceed to tell me they will NOT arrange a rental (after TELLING ME THEY WILL) because it’s “accident damage” - THE CAR IS SITTING HALF REVERSED OUT IN MY DRIVEWAY - IT IS NOT AN ACCIDENT!!!!!! The control arm has COMPLETELY snapped off clean - if that happened on the highway my car would have ROLLED!!!! Imagine my daughter was in the car with me!!!!!

I am a single mother, I cannot get to and back from work and I cannot even take my daughter to school!!!!

This is a WARRANTY issue and the service has been nothing short of shocking!!!!!! I am disgusted with BMW SA!!!!!
