Disgusting Service from BMW Supertech Group M2 in for repairs for the past 16 months
This is my second review on Hwllo Peter, the service from Supertech Group is pure dissapointment. It is now 16months to date that my car has went in for repairs at Supertech Durban(June 2019) and then returned to me in August 2019. When the car was delivered to me at BMW Supertech Newcastle it was in a worse of condition then what it went in for. From August my car was only taken in March this year to be repaired back to its original condition and guess what I'm still waiting. BMW Supertech seems to have good friends at BMW Sa as I logged a case with them and they can't even hold Supertech Group accountable. This is utter disgust as I have to pay my installments and insurance for the past 16 months of which costs me roughly R23 000.00 a month for Supertech Group to have in possession my vehicle which I pay for. My Motorplan has also been suspended for the past 16 months. Supertech Group should be closed down as they do not want to take responsibility for any of the above.
