Disgusting service

Sent our vehicle in for a quotation as the engine was giving problems took ages for a response from bmw to tell us what's wrong with the vehicle bmw then booked the vehicle in then took out all the parts of the vehicle that were faulty when they found out we could not pay for the quotation they refused to put the parts back in the vehicle and advised us to tow the car(and pay for the towing) to our address the car is in a much more terrible condition than what it was when we sent it in and we currently sitting without a vehicle due to this dreadful service from bmw

Honestly disgusted with this kind of service especially from bmw
