Disgusting service
I have been driving bmws for over 10years this year I lost the keys to my BMW 330ci I went to BMW Clearwater and ask for a quotation for a new set of keys and whatever needs to go with it for insurance the lady at Customer service advise me that the keys cannot be replaced and that I would have to get a lock and key set I advise her it is fine as the insurance would cover the cost she gave me a quote of R7000.00 I then sent it to my insurance who then advise me that the quote is incorrect and that I should go back to BMW and ask them to include the labour I then went back and spoke to a lady Nadeen who then gave me a quote of about R11000.00 I then took it to my insurance who then paid out with no hassle .I then made a booking with BMW Clearwater who advise I should bring my car in on the Wednesday I then arrange with my insurance to tow the car to them. I then confirm with BMW to make sure all is in order and they adviser it's all good I should just bring my ID and the cars papers with. The car gets towed to BMW in the morning at about 07:00 I book the car in and go to work at about 10:00 a lady from BMW calls me and advise me that the quote is incorrect and that I should pay R21
