Disgusting Service

<p>Whilst travelling to work from Lonehiil to Randburg this morning in the dreadful rain, my BMW stalled in the fast lane and I could not get it started again. I called BMW On Call. It took them 30 minutes to call me back and advised that since I was no longer on motor plan they would have to obtain quotes to tow me to my BMW dealership JSN Motors - 4kms away. Bearin mind that I am now stranded in the fast lane at 8.05am with cars driving around me trying to avoid me in the rain. At 9am I receive a call advising that they are still obtaining quotes - absolutely DISGUSTING when I am now about to be involved in an accident as well with taxis and cars alike swerving in the rain to avoid my car. Regardless of what the quote was going to be CLEARLY I needed their help and having been a BMW driver for almost 20 years you would think that they would realise I am a loyal customer! After another 30 minutes with absolutely NO feedback, I called the AA. They arrived within 30 minutes and did not charge me a cent. BMW On Call you are absolutely disgusting and quite honestly once my vehicle is "fixed" (which will cost an arm and leg I have no doubt) it will be the last time I will ever set foot in another BMW dealership if this is the after sales service one receives.</p> <p> </p>
