Disgusting BMW

This company doesnt even deserves a 1 star. It's disgusting how they handle their customers . I bought a BMW X7 M50D in August 2019. The car had technical problem on 27/ 4/2020. Couldn't move gear from Park to Drive. Car was towed to one of their dealership. They told me that the reason I spilled something on the area where the gear is. Really? The cup holders are less than 2cm from that area..are they that dumb to place them there if spillage would cause such damage. Anyways I proceeded and paid for the part from my pocket. Since then I havent recieved a call or update nothing. My car is stuck there.

If you want spend your money wisely.....better look somewhere else. I just want to get that car back, return it to them...and go buy from a better brand.
