Disgusted unhappy client!

4th attempt to fix the brakes on x3. Disgusted ! I was asked if my x3 gets parked in a garage! Been in at BMW Sovereign since Monday.Today third day! No courtesy vehicle offered! Been a loyal client for 30 years! Note this was purchased brand new Nov 2020.
