DISGUSTED IN BMW ERMELO

My experiences with BMW Ermelo (Auto BMW) are as follows:

• Bought a secondhand BMW at this dealership. They promised me that the vehicle wasn’t involved in an accident. I then found out from a BMW dealership months later that the vehicle indeed was in an accident. • Bought a different vehicle from a different branch. Just went to BMW Ermelo to ask them if they could install my number plates. They agreed but, in the process, scratched my car badly into the paint. The manager just never came back to me to say sorry at least. • Now I though I will give them one last chance to see if I can trade in my BMW for a 3 series. After a week they came back with proposals after phoning many times to ask them to send me those asap. After 2 weeks I cancelled everything as I’ve been begin them to send me the finance proposals.

I am really disappointed in the way they conduct business. This is not the way BMW dealerships should operate.
