Disappointment

Im writing this with so much disappointment with bmw sandton and i regret moving from north cliff branch as their customer service was the best at sandton you are only good for them when u need to buy as soon as they sell u a vehicle ur no longer important, i went to them two weeks ago and spoke to Donovan regarding the vehicle he did a valuation ti today i have not receive any respond if they are able to asssit or not, eveytime when i calk his very busy and he doesnt even call me back from last week thursday been trying to call with customer service to book vehicle for service their line is always busy and when i request someone to call me they dont call i called them today i waited for mote than 20 minutes eventually when the call went bck to reception i then complained the receptionist eventually manage to put me through to someone their service is pathetic really im disappointed
