Disappointing service yet again from BMW

I took my car to BMW Cedar Isle Auto to check on an issue yesterday. I was told of a possibility of getting back the following day but they would keep in contact. I receive feedback only that the car was with a technician and they would feedback on what the issue and resolution was. After 2pm and not hearing from BMW I decided to call them, 3 times I call being given the run around and eventually the service consultant tells me they are not sure what the matter could be but they will have to keep the car over. Today I receive a call informing me that the car will only be ready tomorrow! This is 2 days without a car!!! And this entire time the attitude from both the consultant and the manager is: Oh well this is the situation and at no point any of them are seeming to be trying their best to assist me. I've complained a number of times about the service at this dealership! There would be a slight improvement but it dips right back! They are not even making an effort to offer a loan vehicle to enable me to do the things I need to do at this time.
