Disappointing service , again!

BMW service Centurion. Have been calling in 2 days for a service request with no answer, today - my call was transferred more than 10 times, answered rudely, inattentive tone by consultants who sounded bothered by the calls. Now my contact was taken and no one bothers to call me back ??? I miss a few years ago when service was a priority at BMW - number * ***
