Disappointing Customer Service - Negligence of Customer's Vehicle

I booked my vehicle 2017 BMW X3 JHB City BMW on the 13/07/2018 due to a noise emanating from the sunroof. I dropped of the vehicle in the morning and was informed that I'll be given a call when it's ready. The service agent Wynand called me in the afternoon to inform that my vehicle is ready and if I can be picked up, so far so good. I got to dealership and the service agent Wynand informs that he's got a price to replace the missing rear right side reflector and provides me with a bill for R578 incl.vat. I then informed him that the reflector was not missing when I dropped my vehicle off, I then inform him to make reference to the BMW pre inspection sheet and that the reflector was not missing when I dropped of the vehicle. Wynand informed me that it would have not gone missing from the drop off point to the garage, alleging that I'm lying, and states then we need to revert to the CCTV footage, which I welcomed, I then called for the Service Manager Roy. By then Wynand had brought my vehicle around for me and I notice the missing reflector on the vehicle, however I notice that there was dust in the reflector position, this was post the washing of the vehicle, which indicated to me that the reflector was removed after the vehicle wash. Whilst Wynand and I are looking at this empty space as to where the reflector fits, before Roy comes to inspect the vehicle , he takes his finger and wipes of the dust as to make it appear that there was no reflector there prior to the wash, this behaviour really shocked me, to the extent of distrust. Roy the service manager informed Wynand if he made reference to the pre inspection sheet and he informed yes and states that there is no indication of a missing reflector on the assessment sheet. Wynand still makes reference to the CCTV footage, when Roy tells him that the dealership will replace the reflector. I called Roy the service manager this morning 13/07/2018 and explained to him the dissatisfaction experienced with Wynand, to the point that he alleges that I'm lying and brought my vehicle in without reflector, but BMW's own pre assessment confirms that the reflector was on the vehicle when I dropped it off. Being a law abiding citizen I'm driving around with a vehicle with missing a reflector due to the irresponsibility of the BMW JHB City, does BMW allow their cars to be on the road without a Reflector? As this is a legal requirement and compliance for a road worthy vehicle? Clearly JHB City BMW allows their clients vehicles to be on the road due with a missing reflector, I was informed by the service manager that the reflector is on order and will be replaced next week. Shocking experience from BMW being a Luxury German Vehicle
