Disappointed

Bmw service department in secunda I took my car there because it was recalled.I went to fetch my car same day .I drove off and I noticed that my radio was not working then went back to them to find out what happened since it was working fine before .workshop manager and the supervisor they denied anything to do with my radio then I left it around they knock off time .then went shops noticed that my parking sensors were not working and my seat belt sensor.i was off on that day my next off was on Sunday and working 6am to 6pm shutdown at Sasol .so I waited for next off which was on Friday I took my car back the manager was out for lunch so I spoke to supervisor explained to him that is not possible that all three things failed on the same time after they worked on my car after a long discussion he agreed to check my car he find the plug was not tight on the fuse box ,he called me and showed me so he promised me to put it back and make sure that is tight .I thanked him I left that was Friday.Sunday I took my car washing since on Monday I was coming back home kzn. Parked the car waiting for my turn they called me to bring the car washing bay the car was not starting all the lights were on proved that the battery was ok but not starting after couple of times trying we decided to call break down to tower my car to my friend house.break down dropped my car on my friend house.we decided to check again the car started.then on Monday I went back Bmw to complain about this new problem s after they worked on my car.this time I spoke to workshop manager explaining to him that I need to go back home today shutdown is finished and I lost my mother in law on early hours on Monday and my wife she needs me .that he told to book my car for another day cause is fully booked I tried to explain to him that I need to go today and I don’t have place to sleep and my wife also needs me.than I asked for his boss we went to his boss office told his boss the whole thing from the first time I brought my car to their workshop.he refused in front of his boss even told him that I was lucky that guy(supervisor) checked my car on Friday because he was not supposed to check it.his boss asked me to wait for the gab so that they can check and maybe they something loose he told his boss all the guys no one is available to check my car .asked him if my car gets stuck on the road what must i do.keep on saying I must book my car for another day which was wens day .then I called Bmw customer care they promised me to investigate with 48hr this happened on 18/09 still waiting for their call only received the email saying they can’t get hold of me.my friend called me around 1pm and advised me to go while is still early in case I get stuck on the road .then I left I’m so disappointed this was My first experience in my life BMW in secunda stay away from them with their rude workshop manager.I think customer care is scared of that guy no feedback nothing.
