Damaged vehicle

Good Day <br> <br> I took my car to Supertech BMW in Durban Edwin Swales towards the end of 2014 for a service and major repairs for which I paid over R5000 for. The car was last repaired by them. I went to the garage to put in water on Sunday and for the first time the bonnet latch was since the car was at BMW I realized the bonnet latch is broken. I then went to the dealer Monday morning and they were extremely rude and refused to fix it.<br> <br> I then went through to BMW SA only o find they were just as unhelpful and useless. <br> <br> I want BMW to take responsibility and fix this.
