Damaged tail lights
I had an incident over the weekend where I had a flat tyre. My car was towed by a bmw authorised tow truck and upon delivery at my house it had 2 broken tail lights. I reported the matter on Monday morning and even sent pictures.

I've been calling bmw every day since Monday and all they can tell me is that the matter is still being investigated. It's unacceptable that an investigation can take a week and all they need is a report from their 3rd party provider. I shouldn't have to wait a week for a response and drive around with a car with 2 broken lights when it was their vendor used, bmw should be making my life easier by replacing the lights and dealing with the vendor separately.

On Wednesday, I spoke to a manager (Anthony) at customer services and he said the matter is in his hands now but still no concrete feedback. Yesterday again I had to call bmw to follow up and find out what the status is, Anthony is now telling me I need to bring the car in next week for inspection..like what the hell??? Is this how you treat your customers? What happened to going above and beyond for your clients and them sending someone to my place of work to assess? I'm very disappointed in bmw!!!
