<p>i sent my 3series bmw for service in May2016 to BMW supertech(Durban) and 2 weeks later control unit was damaged due to rain according to their diognosis then i paid 28K for new control unt. in August same thing occured car couldnt start up then towed it back to them then in their diognisis control unit flooded with water as a result of the rain and was expected to pay 15K. after serious discussions with them they agreed to settle the amount then two to 3 weeks after that I called them and i was told that i had to pay 11K again as something else is defective which is VVT but still couldnt commit if that was a real fault in the car as well as turn around time to expect the car back and the car is with them for +/- 8 weeks still no way forward, my service advisor is Malcolm and his manager is mr Pillay</p>
