Customer Ignorance

<p>I approached the service counter, 3 BMW Ballito personal where behind the counter. 2 on the phone and 1 sitting behind the computer screen, non of them took the effort to tell me they will be with me just once they done with what every they were busy with. I stood at there counter while the lady behind the computer looking at me with that funny look. After I decide to leave the 1 gentleman decides to come after me, then he says he thought the lady was attending me.????? They were both next to each other.....,,???? I have been using BMW Ballito for all my services on the vehicle but the service I didn't receive today showed me how much they value their customers. I will take my money elsewhere, I advise stay far from BMW Ballito!!!!!!</p>
