Croned Personal Plate Number

Last year February I app**** for BMW X4 m sport 20d @ BMW BEDFORDVIEW, PHILIP SCHEEPERS was a salesman assisting me with the deal it was approved. I approxhed Mr Philip so we could see around the table and fix the mistake they have done by over pricing the car, the right value of this car was R539 000, while BMW Bedfordview sold the to me by R703 000 waiting to be collected. Days/a week.before fialisation I spoke to Philip (Salesman) review the price as they overpriced their car. I tried to reason with him to drop that price so that I will be able accept the offer. After car being approved I advised Philip that I want to use my Personalised plate number to the new car. All went well till the finalasation of the deal with such maddness charges such as extras/furchers that was paid by first buyer that we claiming. Secondhand car can not pay for extras because they already being paid the first owner.I spoke to Philip but we never get to the resolution but only exchanging words to each other. Deals was off but Philip keeps telling how much i must I pay them.. I though he just want me to take this car by for. I told him I will now involve my attorneys whis He said go and tell them. People of God, please remember PERSONALIST PLATE can not be sold without a written letter from a rightful owner because that its so private / personal. BWM BEDFORDVIEW SOLD THE BMW WITH MY PERSONALISED PLATE NUMBER TO ANOTHER PERSON: Ms KIM MAUDE ROBSON -Contact: *** Email:*** She is now using same plate number as my Personalist one, meaning we are use same plate number on two different cars and this ******* plate number it making traffic tickets.
