**** SERVICE - I NEED A COURTESY CAR!!!

This would be the second time in 3 months my car is kept by BMW JSN without making prior arrangements. I am again told to make a plan? <br> <br> Should I just sleep at the office for the reminder of the weekend???? How the hell will I get home??? First they move my initial appointment from 18/01/2015 and now this! Three BMW models(1 series, Z4 now X6) later and I still get treated like ****! <br> <br> I NEED A COURTESY CAR!
