COVID-19 Service/Motorplan extension/grace period

COVID-19 Service/Motorplan extension/grace period I am aware that there we certain extensions for servicing and motorplan expiry during lockdown last year.

I find it unreasonable, however, that our motorplans have not been extended simply because of COVID-19 lack of use/low use of our vehicles.

BMW Motorplans have expired despite our cars not being used for a year. BMW should consider extending motorplans based simply on time.

The original motorplans rules and cost would have been based on reasonable use over a reasonable period. Both the mileage and period involved unusually low use of our motor vehicles over the last year because of COVID.

My motorplan expired end of February 2021 and I wasn’t made aware of the 30 day grace period. In other words, my motorplan expired days ago.
