COVID-19 @BMW & YOU DO NOT CARE

I would like to share my disappointment with one of the largest car manufacturers in the world BMW... I am an employee at ADIENT in ROSSLYN in Pretoria NORTH, we are the interior suppliers for BMW. We recently had employees who tested positive for COVID-19 in our plant and it was reported to management but to our surprise, nothing was done about it, not even testing the rest of the employees but business as usual by order of BMW. Yesterday the entire management office was empty because "apparently" they get to quarantine because they are management and the rest of us DO NOT MATTER so we have to push production because BMW has a deadline they need to push.

I find it very disturbing that our lives as the people who produce for you are not taken into account, so we talked to employees from BMW in ROSSLYN Pretoria NORTH about the situation because they are next door to us and they also confirmed about 8 cases reported @BMW but still it was business as usual because YOU DO NOT CARE.

Yes, we value our jobs but what use will our salaries be once we are sick and bedridden because without having the plant tested and disinfected we will continue spreading the virus to everyone we come across and keep in mind that it will be us the 'SICK' people who will be handling your interior so the virus will keep spreading also to your customers as well because YOU DO NOT CARE.
