Complaint

On the 24th May 2021, I took my car for a service at BMW East London. When I brought my car there it had no scratches on the soft part of the convertible,but when it was back it came back with scratches. I had reported this even last year, they denied saying the scratch was there already, but it was not. They tried showing a picture on their tablet but those pictures were were not clear and could not see a thing. Still to date my issue has not been resolved,I had asked BMW SA technician to go check those pictures out,clearly they have not. Those people are not taking us serious,service is very poor.
