Child Maintanence not obeyed by BMW

I have an issue with BMW Roslyn Hr staff, I have garnish order for child maintenance and seems like i have to remind them everytime for them to send my son's Money. Today its the 14th i have not received maintanence and i have been calling and Sending email to Keo****tsi and she told me not to send her emails anymore. I don't know what to do, am on the edge to going back to court regarding this. Not payment was not paid, December was paid late in January around the 20th after consistent reminder and now its May payment not done and am getting attitude from staff. When i call i go from one person to another.
