Changing cover on maintenance plans as it suit BMW

I made a booking yesterday at Auto Glen BMW to attend to my BMW316i wheelallignment. THis car is still under motorplan with 40000km on the clock. I was told by the service agent that BMW no longer pay for wheelallignment. According to her a memo was received but she may not supply me with anything in writing. In the past BMW did pay for wheelallignment every 20000km if I have the distance correct. As this was previously done with three ofter BMW's I drove.

According to BMW the maintenance plan cover the following:

Every Motorplan covers the following:

• Repair work to all major components, beyond the Standard New Vehicle Warranty
• All maintenance and service work stipulated in the BMW customer service booklet.
• All repairs and costs of parts from normal wear and tear which may occur when the manufacturer's warranty has already expired.
• All oils, brake fluids and other lubricants replaced during a service.
• Vehicle mileage is checked and verified on the BMW Motorplan system.
• Access to 24-hour roadside assistance through BMW On Call

BMW Motorplan excludes
• All alterations, modifications, accessories, tyres, glass, soft-top canvas, and accident damage.
• Any repair work resulting from the owner's negligence or abuse.
• Paint, body and trim repairs.

No where above in the exclusions was wheelallignment listed as not being covered, however this is include in the definition of "All repairs and costs of parts from normal wear and tear which may occur when the manufacturer's warranty has already expired." limited to every 20000km if I have the distance correct.

I did phone yesterday and spoke to a service consultant at BMW, unfortunately I lost the paper on which I wrote his name but all calls are recorded and should be able to be traced. I gave my car registration and he verified my detail. He promised to phone me back today with feedback from managment which did not happen. So I phoned again today, and today they were unable to trace my vehicle with his registration number I had to give my ID number to trace my vehicle. According to the consultant nothing was recorded on the system, and all of a suden my vehicle registration is not on the system any more.

I was not notified of any changes to my maintenance plan and no such limitations is listed on the BMW website. Can I please receive urgent feedback and confirmation for the wheelallignment to be paid for by BMW as per my maintenance plan.
