case number *** - BMW Brakes are noisy

We bought a BMW 240i that had a warranty plan which was schedule July 26th 2023. Our vehicle has a noisy sound when applying brakes and the vehicle has been booked in twice or trice for the same issue and every time, they only clean the brakes. When we keep asking for the Discs to be changed, we are told that the brake pads are still in good condition therefore they cannot replace them. We pay 24 000 yearly for a warranty extension and all we get is brakes being cleaned. When you complain to the dealer, we are being told that the BMW SA refuses to approve the replacement. Our front disc has lines which in turn makes the brakes to be noisy.
