Careless Repairs

On Monday 8 June I discovered an oil spillage underneath my 2012 BMW 520i, bought brand new in 2012. My vehicle was towed in on Tuesday 9 June to Zambezi BMW on my request.

The reason that I requested BMW Zambezi is that the dealer that I bought my vehicle from, Leo Haese, provided pathetic customer service. This vehicle has been in for repairs more times than its been in for service.

The recent problem was the oil system where the oil pump housing apparently cracked, this on a vehicle with 90 000km on the clock. I was called on Friday 12 June and told that I could not get my vehicle back because it brought up seven warning alarms when started after it was repaired.

Yesterday, 15 June, I received it back, within 50km of receiving it back the engine coolant warning alarm came on, I inspected it this morning and it was almost empty. My problem is how do you repair the lunrication system and not check the vital components like coolant.

I can't sell the car because it deprecated too much. BMW all I'm asking is, take the vehicle back, settle my outstanding hire purchase and rid me of this problem. I had to buy an additional vehicle because the BMW can't be trusted.
