Car Settlement

I surrendered a vehicle in March. Last week I received a letter from Akeel and Thaarish to advise on the valuation of the vehicle whether are agree with it or not. I was advised to make contact within 10 days whether i'm taking the car back or allowing them to proceed and sell the vehicle. last week I called and I was advised that Akeel has resigned and Thaarish was on leave. Yesterday I called and was transferred to more than 3 consultants who never came back to me. Today I have requested a settlement quote and no one can provide such. I have left countless messages for Thaarish (Remarketing Manager) to contact me but he has not made contact. <br> yesterday one consultant advised that she could not help me because the process has started to sell my car because sometime they send the valuation letters late to clients.
